I was referred to Daniel's by a friend and was so impressed by the service provided. First of all, I had taken my 2008 328xi to the dealership where they had recommended $4k in service and had tried to convince me that I was going to have BIG problems if I didn't get these things taken care of. I said no thank you and brought the car to Daniel's and told them what had been recommended. They did a thorough inspection and agreed that one belt pulley would need to be replaced in the next few months, and that otherwise things looked great. It feels good to have an honest and knowledgeable BMW service shop. Thanks!

So firstly a little background of my situation. I was brand new to the South Bay Area. I had just retrieved my 88 BMW from a car carrier after a cross-country move. I needed some general oil service but also a diagnostic done on the car for a long standing hard start issue. I hoped to find a competent and knowledgable local shop that could offer OEM quality service at honest prices. Daniels more than delivered. They blew it out of the park. My technician Floyd was a man on a mission. He completely took the car on as his personal mission to resolve my issues and really know exactly the problems all the way through. He explained every little issue in detail and in a way that was understandable. The extra time spent to figure this out was never added as a charge and he even threw in some replacement seals and other fixes for free. To say that I'm impressed is a huge understatement. Special mention to Linda for her charming and friendly candor all the way through the process. Five star.

I have been going to Daniel's B&M Cars for years. I have a 1998 E320. Support and work have been impeccable. I get great advice on maintaining this vehicle which I love.

just picked up my 1974 Bmw 2002 from them today.they offered great customer service and were willing to take on my "project" car which most shops would shy away from.the cost of the work was reasonable and i felt made me feel confident in the work they were doing. overall i had a great experience

I have been going to Daniels B & M Car Service for more than 25 years. I would not consider going anywhere else. They are competent, honest, and reasonably priced. I have known Floyd, since he was a teenager, learning the business from Daniel Kratofil, his dad, who taught him very well.I met Daniel by chance, when an elderly friend of our family was having what seemed to be transmission problems with her Mercedes. She had been told by Stead, in Walnut Creek, that she needed a new transmission. I called a couple of other places, and describe the problem to them. I got the same response. Then, by chance, I looked in the Yellow Pages for independent mechanics, and found Daniels, not far from where I live. I called him on the phone, described the problem, and he said for that car for that year, it had to do with the hard rubber u-joint connecting the transmission took the driveshaft. He kept that particular part in stock, because it was such a common problem. The part was $70, he charged $20 to install it which took him a few minutes. I don't remember, but I think I was in and out of there in 15 minutes at the most.I thought to myself the time that the next car I would get would be either a BMW or Mercedes purely because I have found a good, solid, honest mechanic. And, that's exactly what I did. And, that's what I've been driving ever since and, that's where I've been going for service ever since. Do yourself a favor, take your car to Daniels. You'll be glad you did.

Brought my car in for regular service after a friend referred them to me. They took the time to go over all the recommended items to repair as well as items that I should monitor going forward. Even prioritized what should be serviced over what. Overall very happy and the prices were reasonable, I have another Mercedes that is my daily driver and will bring that in for service soon.

Left my car on their forecourt on Sunday after it broke down. Fixed by Wednesday! Very friendly and excellent service - great communication too. I highly recommend them, a rare find. Best BMW specialist I have ever used on both sides of the Atlantic.

Took my car to this garage and I was so happy I found them ! Reasonable prices (cheaper than BMW dealership ) , I brought my car in and they were able to figure out what's wrong with it when other garages weren't able to ! Linda is the receptionist and she is great ,very nice and helpful ! She is very knowledgable about everything about BMW ! Pretty amazing for a women to know so much ! Lol ! Love it :) My car is running great ! I won't go anywhere else! :)

So glad I came here. Highly recommend them! Had my check service engine light - brought my car here and within an hour they told me what the problem was. They had it fixed pretty soon and kept me well updated on the phone. And they make an effort to explain exactly what the problem is. Linda and the whole staff are friendly and cheerful. Bringing my BMW here next time!

Just a short update on our M3...Had the next "worst" thing repaired on a long list of things, which was the valve cover gasket oil leaks including spark plug connectors and a radiator hose. All went well again, even got a credit on the parts. Linda and Floyd (and their young mechanic that worked on my car, forgot his name) are outstanding to deal with :-) Will go back there again for some of the other stuff.
