My first BMW was a used one (2003 325i) and it had a lot of issues. Fortunately, I bought an extended warranty for it, and I always took it to Daniels B&M for service. Why? Because their hourly rates are very reasonable, they're honest, their work is outstanding and...they're fantastic people. I am happy to support a good, honest independent business like Daniel's B&M and I encourage you to give them a try, if you need to service your BMW or Mercedes. You'll be glad you did.

Fixing cars is not rocket science, but neither is it easy. It took Floyd a while to understand what was wrong with my BMW but they figured it out. What's most important is they treated me incredibly well. Linda is terrific and she even calls me back when she says she will! (what a crazy concept). Highly recommend these folks!

My husband and I take both of our Mercedes' to this shop whenever we need a tune up or service. I like this shop because Linda at the front desk/phone is awesome. She explains everything in detail and always stays in clear communication with us regarding when the car will be finished, how much things will cost, and recommendations for what is of utmost priority in terms of fixing or replacing. I could take our cars to the dealership but I believe I'm getting honest and good service here so no need to pay the extra premium that the dealership would charge.

I recently sold my BMW but when I had it (2000 323I) it had a few things done. Daniel's B&M took my cars issues in to consideration as well as my personal issues in to consideration and sincerely helped me out. I highly recommend bringing your cars here. She is awesome, patient and very helpful to explain the charge of the service. Very good service at reasonable prices. Floyd has helped me with 2 Mercedes and 1 BMW. He and Julio provide the service and Linda answers the phone. The service rates are some of the lowest in the area. While that is important, I would pay more knowing the work is always done right and you are never upsold anything! I am looking for another car for my daughter. I will likely buy an older BMW or Mercedes because the are safe and because I really like my mechanic. We service our Toyota at Takahashi in MW and they are the ONLY shops I will use for car repair. Give these guys a try. You will be very happy!

I was referred to this mechanic by two friends. I took my 2003 530i to Floyd (owner) last month for power steering wheel problem. It took about 2 days to narrow down the problem. When I took the car back, Floyd didn't want to charge me for the repair. I think for some reason, he was not 100% sure if he nailed the problem. For the next couple weeks, the same problem never showed up so I went back with a paycheck for Floyd. This time, he said that it could be the relay causing the problem. He suggested replacing the relay which eventually took about 2 hours to complete. The final charge was less than he originally estimated. I was very pleased with Floyd's honesty and the charge is very reasonable. I could have walked away without paying anything since the problem has not showed up since the first repair. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop and would definitely go back if our 530i and X5 need further services.

These guys are honest, knowledgeable about their cars and have very competitive prices. Floyd fixed several immediate problems and gave me a few things that might need my attention in the future. They don't try to make a quick buck by fixing unnecessary items but instead give you an honest assessment of the state of the car. It's one of the few times I don't feel like getting ripped off from going to a mechanic. I highly recommend this place!
